I saw this idea in a bakery in Osage Beach, MO. Needless to say…AWESOME!
I didn’t really have a recipe for this. I just made my normal sourdough recipe and added cinnamon and sugar and brown sugar, after rolling it out really thick.
My whole house smelled amazing when this was baking. The bread was nice and tangy as a sourdough should be and then there was the gooey goodness seducing you into eating a piece (or three)
